* Return airport transfer in Tawau to Semporna jetty by mini coach

For divers

Note :
- non divers who wish to visits Sipadan Island will have to pre-arrange their trip as limited seat are available. And a government levy of RM40 is to be paid in

4. You are now booking through an agent and not direct with the hotel therefore all bookings are based on prepayment basis.
5. All bookings must be made minimum 3 working days in advance prior to the check in date and must be on prepayment & guaranteed basis.
6. Prepayment can be made by credit card (VISA and Master card) or by ( Banking-In ) telegraphic transfer.
7. After payment is made, a check-in voucher showing booking details will be email or fax to guest for easy reference within 24 hours and not later than 36 hours.
8. Upon confirmation of reservation, the guests are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions applied here, and rules
and regulations applied by the management.
9. The management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
