TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Package is valid from 1 April 2007 till 31 March 2008.
2. Standard check-in time: 14:00 pm; check-out time: 12:00 pm.
3. Rates quoted are nett in Malaysia Ringgit, inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
4. You are now booking through an agent and not direct with the hotel therefore all bookings are based on prepayment basis.
5. All bookings must be made minimum 3 working days in advance prior to the check in date and must be on prepayment & guaranteed basis.
6. Prepayment can be made by credit card (VISA and Master card) or by ( Banking-In ) telegraphic transfer.
7. After payment is made, a check-in voucher showing booking details will be email or fax to guest for easy reference within 24 hours and not later than 36 hours.
8. Upon confirmation of reservation, the guests are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions applied here, and rules
and regulations applied by the management.
9. The management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
