Rates Rate quoted on our sites are subject to government tax, provincial tax and service charge unless specified otherwise and there are no additional booking fees. These special low rates are only available when you make a booking in advance via the Internet.
Reservation Reservations are confirmed by our system once guaranteed by your deposit payment (or credit card, where applicable).
You will receive a confirmation e-mail. In the case of guarantee by deposit payment, the e-mail contains a voucher that is valid for your room. At the time of booking you MUST ensure that the email address given is correct and reachable. If you do not receive any email from our system within 48 hours, you are required to notify us immediately. B Jaya Holiday Leisure shall not be responsible for any loss or delay caused by this issue.
Payment You will require a valid credit card to confirm your reservation. The credit card detail may be made confidentially by secure server at the time of making a reservation or by sending it by fax. For your convenience, a form for entering your credit card details is available to print after submission of the booking.
The card holder must be one of the guests checking-in or must sign our card authorization form and fax this to us within 24 hours.
The hotel will ask for a valid credit card again on check-in. This is to cover incidental expenses like additional meals, drinks, laundry, etc. You will remain responsible for payment of all such extra charges direct to the hotel.
You are now booking through an agent and not direct with the hotel therefore all bookings are based on prepayment & guaranteed basis.
* Upon confirmation of reservation, the guests are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions applied here, and rules and regulations applied by the management.
CANCELLATION POLICY Refunds All refunds are subject to administration fee of 20% of the amount to be refunded or a MYR 80 minimum charge (whichever is greater).
Claims involving refunds require supporting evidence of cancellation and you are required to inform BJaya.com in writing within 14 days after your check-out date.
The refund amount will be made in Malaysia Ringgit, equivalent to the amount which shall be confirmed to you before the cancellation transaction is processed. You acknowledge and accept that BJaya.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for, or responsible for any foreign exchange rate risk (exchange rate movements and rate fluctuations) in converting the refund amount to your local currency.
All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refund process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 10 - 45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
In case of any dispute, the decision for any refund that does not conform to the rules above is at the discretion of the management. Cancellations must be made in writing, by e-mail ( cancel@bjaya.com ) or by fax ( +606 315 4559 ) directly to BJaya.com, and not to the hotel. Your cancellation is acknowledged and accepted only when you receive a cancellation confirmation from us. Proof of sending is not regarded as proof of delivery.
Certain hotels cancellation policy might be different according to booking dates, we will notify the exact cancellation policy in the confirmation email.
Automated Cancellation Of Service In any case where a full payment is not received by B Jaya Holiday Leisure in any particular reservation made using our system prior to 10 days before departure, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.
POSTPONED SCHEDULE POLICY * Request for changes in the confirmed booking will not be entertained within 14 days prior to check-in/event date. * Change of bungalow is NOT allowed. Cancellation procedure will be applied on change of bungalow. * Postpone is allowed with written notice not less than fourteen (14) days prior to initial check-in/event date. Otherwise, booking will be deemed cancelled. No refund is allowed for any payment made. * The postpone date can't be extend more than 6 months unless approved by the management in advance. * An administration fee of 20% or RM 80, whichever higher, will be imposed for postpone or any amendment.
Satisfaction & Complains Though we made best effort to reveal the original scenes of the accommodations via our website, we do not guarantee your satisfaction in any accommodation you have booked. Therefore, we do not entertain any complains or claims nor refund any money even though unsatisfactory arises. The guest shall be responsible for his/her own judgements and decisions.
Standard Check In & Out Time Unless specified otherwise, the standard check in time is 15:00p.m in the afternoon and the standard check out time is 12:00 p.m noon.
Losses, Damages & Injuries Staying at any of the holiday accommodations are solely at your own risk. Neither we nor the accommodation management shall be responsible or liable for any losses, damages or injuries occur during your stay.
Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that all clients take out travel comprehensive insurance when making a booking.
Entire Agreement This User Agreement, together with any terms and conditions incorporated or referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and B Jaya Holiday Leisure relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this site.
